EmmaHello! My name is Emma~ I am a therapeutic arts practitioner, artist, and support worker that values co-creation and co-being. I wish to move through the world with a 'power with' ethos that centers collaboration and equity. Supporting people in my community and family has meant that I have evolved into a curious person who is interested in inquiring into new and unique ways of being that are authentic and unique. I feel such joy witnessing my clients being out in the world, starting new conversations, exploring their sensory identities, and being a part of a connected community~ |

TobiMy name is Tobi. I’m a mom to 3 gorgeous children. I love going on long walks, cooking, singing, dancing, listening to music, and so much more. I love working in CCP because of their flexibility and how it’s easy to communicate with my bosses anytime I need to. I also love how they match the clients with the carer that fits their needs. I love how they are family-oriented and always very supportive of their staff in any way they could be of help. Michelle and Irma have been very amazing, and I can’t be more thankful for working for/with them. I count myself lucky. |
Todd I've been a part of the disability sector for nearly 15 years now, grew up in a household where my father received daily support for his muscular dystrophy. I have spent my entire life surrounded by all things disability-related, and I still love it every day! I was drawn to this industry through the work my Dad did with his community, organizing fishing days and events for people with disabilities and their families. I consider him to be my biggest inspiration and have instilled a passion inside me for those I work with. Outside of disability, I'm a massive nerd for gaming, art, and alternative culture. I like to think I bring an interesting twist of creative and positive energy to those I'm lucky enough to support. |
